Ooma Telo Warranty Replacement Blinking Red Light

Hey folks! We had a lightning storm a week. Our Telo base unit was fried and I just received a replacement under warranty today. The person who assisted me on the phone said that the unit would be activated, and I would just need to plug it in to power/internet once I receive it.

I have done this and the light is blinking red.

I have reboot the device several times.

Is there something else I should try before calling Customer Service?

EDIT/UPDATE: The problem has been fixed. Apparently, the device had not been activated and was not ready to be plugged in upon receiving. The representative was able to transfer my service to the replacement device and all is now working.
