Porting a number from Optimum to Ooma

Hey everyone. I'm looking for some guidance on how to proceed.

On Aug 8, I had my phone number ported from Optimum to Ooma. Optimum confirmed this port completed correctly, and the phone began to ring through Ooma.

However, I can't receive calls from Cricket Mobile in many cases. Those numbers get a message that the number is not a working number. It's not *all* Cricket numbers, just potentially hundreds or thousands of them.

However, those same numbers who can't reach the ported number can reach the second Ooma number (that wasn't ported) just fine. Again, this is super consistent across all phones.

I have no blocking on my phone of any kind - no blocked numbers, no spam blocking, anything.

And it's super consistent - the numbers that can call always can, and the numbers that can't call always can't.

Ooma says it's a Cricket problem, and Cricket says it's an Ooma problem. Neither seems to want to do the research to get to the root of the problem. Anybody have any ideas?
