How to clear existing data on Telo 2 air
How do I remove an existing account from the unit? I purchased a unit off Amazon and I can install the unit but the phone number from it is the previous owners. Is there a way to wipe it and start fresh?

The Ooma support site provides instructions for activating a used device, which may involve contacting Ooma's Customer Care Team, and paying a one-time fee.
