ooma hub just stopped working...

I am a very early ooma user. My hub worked great for months, then it just quit. I've got solid red lights on my ooma hub - the '1', '2', 'Play', and 'Fast Forward' buttons are all solid red.
Now, the doc says this means the phone line is not connected to the wall; fine. However, the phone line is connected to the wall. If I plug that line from the wall into my phone, I get dial tone. No problem. If I unplug that line from my phone and plug it into the 'wall' jack on the ooma, and then powercycle the ooma, I get the four solid red lights I mentioned above.
The ooma tab is also blinking red, even though my cable modem is up and running fine with DHCP and Internet connectivity.
I think the ooma hub hardware is dead...
Has anyone seen a similar problem with their ooma hub?
Thanks...

Hello
can you please call the support line for this issue, did you recently have a storm in your area?

I'll try support. No recent storm. The ooma hub was not on a UPS. Just thought someone might have an idea...
