Is there anyway to change the message my voice mail plays to people who call the voice mail. i/e/ like hey this is me sorry i missed your call?

Yes, call your Ooma number from your Ooma phone and follow the prompts for changing settings.

Take the phone connected to the hub off hook and then press the play button on the hub.
