Second number on Scout and Instant Second Line

Hi all...

I have a question about having a second number on the Scout.

We have an Ooma Core system for my wife's office line... she has premiere service.

She will often use the instant second line while on a call in order to follow up on something else.

Our contract with Verizon is up and we've been so pleased with Ooma, that I think it is time to drop the Verizon land line and port it out to Ooma.

My question is that if we port the number to the scout (which is not in use at all at this point) and make the scout a stand-alone line, will my wife still be able to use the instant second line feature that she uses today with the hub?

Yes as long as there is not a call in progress using the second number on the scout. There are two physical lines so only two calls can be supported at once.
