ooma hookup to cable modem using USB interface?

Hi, Is it possible to hookup ooma hub to cable modem using USB interface? I have a Motorola Surfboard 5100.
ooma user since May 2008
still on the original white hub

Hi shikarishambu, you cannot hook up ooma to the Cable Modem using the USB interface. The USB interface is inactive and the only way too hook up the modem to ooma is with an Ethernet cable.
