Disconnected line line
I made the mistake of disconning my landline and they cannot reconnect it for four weeks. Ooma worked fine before the disconnect, now nothing.
Can't I use the second line with the new number to get it to work??

Were you in the process of porting the land line over to Ooma? If so you can call customer support and cancel the port. Have them enable a new number for you. Once you get your land line back on you may be able to pay the port fee again and start over, not sure. There is definately a setting on Ooma's side that needs to be changed if your no longer attaching a working land line to the hub and you want to use the system.
