A family member living in Southern Cal just completed number port from Verizon but their DSL service was never interrupted. Dry-loop happened automatically. I did tell them to get ready and call Verizon to have them turn DSL service back on should they experience DSL outage after number port but they never had to call. They did call in to make sure phone service is cancelled and the DSL service continues.jrg716 wrote:Nope - I never ended up calling Verizon back.
