Hello everyone, It looks like I have almost all of my OOMA problems resolved expect one thing,

The Power Cord,

I sent an e-mail and recieved a reaplacement, but the replacement still falls out very easily. Any suggestions, now what should I do? Did they change the design on newer ones to improve this problem?

Some Telos have a loose circuit board. Try pulling lightly on the LAN cable as you insert the power plug.
If you are good with a sharp knife (I don't want to hear about any cut fingers), you could shave a little bit of the plastic that is preventing the plug from seating fully. I used shave on purpose, you shouldn't need to remove very much plastic.

The post is a wee bit longer in the replacement power supply I received. It fits much better and stays in place like it should!

I was surprised how fast it arrived after I submitted my request for a new one.

I have no problem trying to shave a little bit off, but does anyone else think that for this kind of money, I shouldnt have to be doing this? Will shaving a little bit off void any type of return?
