we have ooma hub set up in our home, all connected via the computer and phone blue light is on. We have at&t all in one package. phone and DSl coming through the one line. In order for us to keep the phone with ooma, do we have to call At&T to split the DSL from the regular phone line?

we are having a hard time understanding if we need this done before we ask ooma to port our home number.

Also we tried to install the ooma scout to another phone in a different location in our home and it will not connect. lights are all red.

please help us understand.
