I just got ooma hub, installed like the instructions said...Hub tab is solid orange. But I have to disconnected because I get no Internet signal into my PC.

May be When I activated it, I choose to port my phone #?

Thanks for the advice.

Hi Orion...

I have three OOMA devices. Got the dreaded ORANGE on one. If you have unplugged it (power) for a while and re-plugged it in, call tech support. They told me with mine (that it was 'dead') and needed to be replaced. Replacement was reasonably fast and the new one works like a charm. But I would not wait for a reply in the forum.

I am certainly NOT tech support for them, but thought you would want to know.

Just to close the loop on this one - John is right, when your ooma tab lights up orange, and a reboot doesn't fix the problem, the ooma Hub or ooma Scout will likely need to be replaced. It looks like an RMA was sent to you (orion34) last week. For others that are experiencing this problem, you can contact customer support and they'll ship you a new device as soon as possible.
