Thanks for the help, sf. I already did one Ooma search and a Google search for tutorials pertaining to Ooma and QoS and came up with nothing. Any suggestions where to find a tutorial?

I'd set "Upstream Internet Speed" to be 15-20% less than your measured upstream bandwidth vs 100%.
