This is the number that appears on the call recipient's caller ID when placing a call from my Telo.
Any ideas?

Is this happening on ALL outbound calls?

Yes, all calls but I figured out why and corrected it. I went from Premiere to Basic this month and I had my (no longer active) 2nd number set as default for outgoing calls under Privacy preferences. Switched it back to my main # and it solved the problem.
