Ooma now turned red

I went on vacation, when I came back Ooma was flashing RED, normally I can just reset all connections and it works. This time when I put Web cable into back of hub there is no flashing lights and it doesn't find the internet. Can plug internet cable into wireless router and it works. It seems that the hub is not working as before. Any suggestions?
