Incoming calls do not connect

Hi all,

When someone tries to call me my Ooma phone will ring and when I pick it up it just disconnects. The problem just started, everything was working fine before. I have tried to cycle the hub but that didn't fix the problem.

I have my Ooma Hub connected behind the router. I have the Ooma Hub on 192.168.1.118 port forwarded to port 80 on my router.

I too started having this same problem, infact it just started today. I can place calls from my Ooma but whenever I receive a call it simply just disconnects. I have my hub installed infront of my router not behind. Does anybody know anything about this issue. I disconnected the power but no luck. The ooma light on both the hub and scout is blue. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

There is an outage being worked on. Despite the "Eastern US," I think the problem is nationwide.

Must be nationwide cause I'm in the west coast. So strange.
