telephone won't ring

I just installed ooma, my telephone won't ring when I call it..please help!

Hello,

On the incoming call, does line 1 flash on your telo?
Sanity check - is the ringer enabled on your phone connected to the "Phone" port on the telo?

Is the envelope light lit?
If it is, push and hold until it goes out.
