Two Lines, one business and one personal

Questions with one ooma telo:

1. Can I have separate voicemail per line??
2. Can I have line one send SMS to cell #1 and line 2 to cell #2?
3. Can I have forwarding for Line #1 have one setting and forwarding for line #2 have a different setting?

I am assuming I need at least one number using the telo handset to make some of this work.

Yes, if you have premier and you dedicate one of the numbers to the telo handset, then it will have it's own on-line dashboard and potentially all of the features of the first number.

I have this working now. The only drawback is that the Telo handset cannot be distributed as far as I know to any other equipment in the house very easily. No headset plug-in. No multiple handsets unless you bought multiple telo handsets. With mult-ring, you can take it back to any cell phone, but then you are back to paid minutes.
