No Sound when trying to listen to VM from the App

Just recently I get no sound when accessing VM from the App. All works fine if I call the phone and get the VM that way.

I deleted and reinstalled the app but that didn't help.

I've had the app for a long time and this is the first time experiencing this problem.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I have the sames issue :o , replying hopefully to bump it...

Can't play and VM on my phone's app in fact the app crashes I've submitted feedback when it crashes for teh last several weeks, i try to do it on several web browsers on different PC nothing...tried downloading and I get a proper length mp3 but it is empty/silent.
