Speakerphone feature?

Post by iotredcap » Sat Mar 08, 2025 10:23 am

If I try to play my voicemail and click the speaker before playing the message, I hear nothing.

If I don't press the speaker icon, it plays at reduced volume, so I have to put my ear up to the phone.

Maybe that is not what the speaker icon is for? Maybe just wishful thinking on my part.

When I use the Google Voice app, and I press the speaker before message playback, the volume increases greatly, as I would want it to work.

I have Android 14 and a Samsung phone.

Try accessing voicemail by calling the Ooma phone number from the cell phone. If the speaker phone works as expected with the cell phone, but not with the mobile app, then contact Ooma to report a possible bug with the mobile app.
