Possible intermittent bug with mobile app losing password
I have had this happen a few times now and I do not know what is triggering it. But, I try to login to the Ooma mobile app from my mobile phone or from my wife's mobile phone and get a message that we can't login and telling me to please check the password. I know very well what the password is for the extension and so realize it has stopped accepting my password.
The solution is to login to office.ooma.com and reset the password for the extension back to what it already is. After I do that I can then go to the Login button without entering in the password again and it immediately logs me in. So, the Mobile App is keeping the correct password. The system however is considering it invalid for some reason.
