iOS Mobile App continuous password loop

Installed the app. iOS 8.2. Continuous loop. Tried the various suggestions others had. Finally logged in with non-ported number and got in but then as soon as I tried to make a call it disconnected from the server and went right back into continuous password reset mode.

Tried logging into the web portal to activate the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing gets me further than logging in, accepting terms of service and then a server disconnect password reset loop.

Ideas/Suggestions?
