Since Update - Can't Log In

I've used Ooma Office and saw this app as a real perk for making business calls on my Iphone. It worked fine up until an app update earlier this year. Since then I have been unable to Log In.
Last time I went to support, they told me that the next update would fix it.
The latest update just installed and still no joy.
Any suggestions on troubleshooting the issue?

Are you trying to login with the "Ooma Mobile HD" residential app? We had a previous bug that allowed Office customers to login to the residential app to make calls.

We should have the Ooma Office Mobile app available for public download in the near future. There's a beta version that you can use. To sign up for the beta, send Tony an email:

Yes I was using the "Ooma Mobile HD", did not know it was a bug that allowed me to use it.
