Forward 2nd line to Mobile HD app?

I am trying to make call forward for my second number go to the Ooma Mobile HD app on my iPhone. The option to do that is available on the app but not on the beta website. But no matter what combination of settings I try (including disabling multi-ring on the primary number) I can't get calls to forward to the app. Forward to app works on my primary line. Any advice would be appreciated.
