Can you forward calls from a secondary number to the app??

I have one account with two numbers, one primary, the other secondary. I would like to forward calls from the secondary number to the mobile app. Is this possible?

When I try to set this up on the My Ooma website, under "call forwarding preferences," I only see an option to forward to the mobile app from the primary number and not the secondary one.
