Installed Ver 5.8. It works fine for me with iPhone 4 and IOS 7.1.2.
However, I continue to hope that someday when I go to the Call List I will see that Ooma s/w developers will have added a simple little icon that CLEARS ALL ENTRIES. I know this is not a big deal. With a simple icon to clear entries, I will not inadvertently cause the darn number I am swiping to delete to begin dialing it.
Ooma - PLEASE SURPRISE ME someday. How about in Ver 5.9?

This functionality is available using these steps:
1. Start the mobile application and login.
2. Go to the Call Logs list.
3. Press the (i) icon for any call log record in the Call logs list.
4. In the opened screen use the settings (cogwheel) icon in the top right corner.
5. In the menu select the “Delete all call logs” menu item.
6. Answer YES.
