Over charge?

I added $10.00 to my international calling plan, but I was charged $10.50. What are the $0.50 for?

Check the log of charges on your MyOoma web page. If you have never used it before, click on activate my new account. It lists every transaction made with Ooma and charged to your credit card. Go to the particular charge you are questioning and click on it. Usually you will get a detailed breakdown of each element of the transaction.
