Not getting notifications

Since I have had the app (about 2 years) I have never received notifications on my Iphone. I also do not see the notification badge. The only time I can see the badge is if I open the app. I have all the notification options (badge, sounds, alerts) turned on for my phone but nothing. Anyone have this issue also?

Same here. The badge only shows up after I've opened the app and seen that I have an unlistened-to message. Not useful.

The IFTTT app that works with it is cool, but it does not show badges either. Banners only.
