I installed the OOMA HD app (from Google Play). It went through the downloading/installation fine. When looking for the icon -- I can't find it. If I go back to Google Play it says the app is installed. In contacting OOMA support we were unable to determine why the app did not appear. I installed it on my Lenovo android tablet and got the icon.
My contract on this phone is up and I am considering a new phone. What is the 'best' android phone for the OOMA HD app?

I can't tell you which phone to get. But I would like to suggest that you go to Google Play and to the app which says it is installed. Un-install it. Wait a few minutes and install it again. When it installs you have the option to open it, open it. I have had icons not show up occasionally and following the above procedure has always resolved it.
