New App - Does NOT Show Calls and Messages
It was suggested, when I called Ooma, that I post a suggestion about the new app -- which I just updated to, today.
The app opens to a blank screen. I must click on the bars in the upper left corner, then click on messages to see who called. This is cumbersome.
It would be best to be able to open the app and see who called -- without the additional steps.
As I recall, the old app showed how many message there were. This new app does not.....until I click on the bars.
What good is all the blank space? Maybe favorites -- ok.
But hiding the most important part of voicemail -- missed calls, messages, etc. -- is going backwards.
Please look into adding these features back into the app. The less clicking, the better. We users want our information as efficiently as possible.
