iphone app doesn't stay logged in

Hi - I am having issues with the iphone app- it seems to go to sleep or log out. I was under the impression that it should always be ready for an incoming call but it's not doing that. When I open the app it will start up and receive calls, but after a while (I'm not sure how long) it won't ring incoming calls until I open the app again.

Anyone else have this issue or know what do to?

Same here, the app "logs out" or stops working after a while.
The older version of the app worked fine but i upgraded last week (thinkijg i could mute incoming calls), and have had this problem since.

Not sure how long it works for but the older version would stay logged on and active for days. Now, ive got to reactivate the Ooma app a fee times a day or i miss all incoming calls. This sucks as it's one of the main reasons why i upgraded to Ooma Premier
