IPhone 7 Plus won't Forward calls

Just got a new IPhone and loaded the mobile app. Set it up for Incoming calls to be forwarded to my home phone. It won't forward the calls from my cell phone to my home phone. It worked perfectly on my Samsung. Any Ideas?
