iOS Mobile App must be RUNNING to Receive calls?

Post by RH_WS » Mon Mar 06, 2017 9:25 am

Just checking for understanding: The mobile app on iOS must be running to receive calls? That is, the Mobile app won't "ring" if the Ooma Mobile App is closed but with permission to "run in background"?

Thx

The current app can receive calls whether running in foreground or background. A version to be released soon will support push and allow calls to be received even when the app is not running.
