No access to private account

No access to private account

If you setup your second number as a "private account" (two separate voicemail boxes; etc.) you can no longer access it from the Android mobile app. If you try to log in using the second number, an error message tells you to use your primary number. However, if you login to myooma.com using the second number, you have access.

Sorry, your topic suggestion refers to Ooma Office. I am not using Ooma office and my original post refers to a SECOND NUMBER, not an extension.
