Ooma Handset DEAD?
We talked to Support for 45 minutes about our Ooma Handset's failure to work. But it is true that our other phone that is connected to the Telo does work. After the usual unplug this and that routine, a tech thought that a firmware update that was done 3 days ago that coordinated with our trouble was the culprit so he said they'd try to roll it back to the state it was when our handset worked. To date, NADA, but today there is a message on the handset that says "press and hold the Page key on your Ooma base unit to register." It still does not work. HELP please.
