Can not make and receive a call on Ooma app.

Would you please help me. I can not make and receive a call with the Ooma app with my WiFi at home, but when I try over the cellular network, it is working just fine and easily making and receiving call with 3G/4G network. What should I try to do to fix this kind of problem? I already call for help a couple of time and no one can help me yet.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled the Ooma app and I already reset the modem and the router, but still have the same problem.( I use iPad, iPhone and android smart phone).
Got error message: Something went wrong unable to place a call due to a server connection problem. Please try again later.
My WiFi speed test: 71.4 Mbps download and 11.3 Mbps upload.
