Do Not Disturb

I can dial out from the app on my Android phone, but get 'can't connect to server' when entering *78 or *79 (Send). The Help section states to swipe down to see a DND icon, but nothing happens when swiping down.
Should DND be an option on the app?

I deleted the app. Even when the Telo is in DND, the cellphone rings. I only installed the app so I can see caller ID when I'm out on the deck which has an analog phone with a very hard to see caller ID display.
I'll do what I did before, when required just have call forwarding ring my cellphone always instead of just when the Telo is offline.
