Unable to be disable alarm AGAIN!!!!

This is the 2nd time I was unable to disarm my system. This needs to be looked into. I am an IT Engineer and if I were responsible for something like this I would surely be fired. I went to leave the house this morning and disabled the alarm. Both the keypad and IOS app showed the system was in Off mode. I opened the front door and the system started its delay count down as if the system was still armed. I could not use the keypad or app to disable. I have 4 sirens in the house so it woke up the entire house. Someone needs to be held accountable for this. You system does not have enough redundancy to prevent this from occurring I guess. Internet and the telo were functioning normally. Very dissappointed.
