Tom, if your reply was to my question/issue with not being able to pair my motion sensor... how do I resolve this?

Your telo is on the correct release now. Have you tried again since my post?

I am not sure if something was corrected with my release of it if that is what corrected my issue.

Here is what I did on my end. I pressed and held the page/pair button on the base until it went into pairing mode. Then I pressed and held the pairing mode on the motion sensor for 5+ seconds, until it started to blink green. Within a few moments the base said the pairing was complete and to set it up in the app.

I then tapped add sensor in the app and the base immediately said it was in pairing mode, which was not happening before. I then I pressed and held the pairing mode on the motion sensor for 5+ seconds, until it started to blink green. The sensor was re-paired and worked in the app.

The typical way to pair a sensor is to tap add sensor in the app. Optionally you can do the procedure in your 2nd paragraph, but then no need to do the 3rd paragraph.

The "Pairdeer" batteries that come with Ooma products are of very poor quality. Many issues with my system (16 sensors!) were solved by switching to Ray-O-Vac and Duracell batteries. I hate batteries made overseas as they generally have very poor life and often leak.
