Ooma sensors shipping time

Hello

I've ordered Home Security sensors 10 days ago (May 03). My card was also charged at that time.

Inquired today about order status and online chat person says they can't check the status ("due to limitation on the tools" - whatever that means), and to call support number.
Called the support number and they can't tell me when it'll be shipped.

Does anybody know how long it takes to ship sensors?

It sounds like they have a back order on many of the sensors. I have an order in and was told it would ship by next week (I ordered a couple weeks ago).

So it seems it may take few more weeks. I can deal with that, although it would be nice for Ooma to tell us that in advance.

It took me about 4 weeks to get the sensors.

I ordered a motion detector and a door sensor. The motion detector arrived along with a letter stating that the door sensors are delayed due to the high demand. According to UPS the door sensor has been shipped so apparently they are shipping them.
