Can't get phones to ring.

I've set up my water sensor and while it can and does send emails, sms and calls through to the Ooma line, it refuses to call the cell or landline I have listed as contacts.

It won't work in test calls or alarm mode. I've called support in India and they are totally clueless. Usually I'm pretty patient and try to help them if they are helping me in any way but when I clearly knew more than them and the only advice I got was to uninstall my device (when he meant app), I knew I'd have to come here.

If I get the calls working I'll be very happy about the product even though I overpaid by missing out on getting a bundle.

My phones do ring but I am not receiving SMS messages. I have a ticket that has been escalated to engineering since 5-16-2017 (anything below 3rd level seems to be a waste of time) so I am hoping for an update soon.

There is not listed in the carrier list.
