Try this, to anyone of your senors. Pull out the battery. You will see your APP shows sensor is online and battery is good. I've done this test to many of mine. i would like to now when OOMA eng will get this fixed. these a very bad alerts.

Sensors do not transmit all of the time. That would kill the battery very quickly. I don't know what the "check in" period is for these sensors, but until the sensor has not checked in when it was expected the Telo doesn't know it has gone missing.

My commercial Ademco (Honeywell) system works the same way.

The sensors "check in" every five minutes and forty seconds. The app reports a sensor disconnected after not hearing from it for 45 minutes.

When any of the following happens the sensor will show on the app as disconnected after it's been offline for 45 min:

1. batteries removed
2. batteries die
3. sensor out of range

The battery status on the app is what was reported last time the sensor was online.
