Paired but no status indication...?

Paired but no status indication...?

I've paired two sensors. On the app there is no indication of open/close status for either one Both are the window/door type sensor. Only item displayed on the app is connection is "Good". I currently have both sensors 3 feet from the Telo so distance isn't a issue at the moment. Help!

I figured it out. Telo needed a fresh reboot and everything is working fine!
