Deleting sensor on Android app
How does one delete the sensor on the Android app? I also tried unpairing and it just jiggles for a long time in order to delete. No success.
Re: Deleting sensor on Android app
Unpairing a sensor removes it from the app. After the sensor stops "jiggling" on the app it should disappear. Try removing the batteries and reinserting them. Then move the sensor very close to the Telo. (5-10 feet should do it). Then try to unpair it again. This takes awhile so don't interfere with the process until you get a message on the app telling you it was successful or it failed.
Re: Deleting sensor on Android app
No luck. Hoping Ooma Support will help as I emailed them/. Must be a bug. I keep getting a message that unpair is unsuccessful. Try again. Hopefully a fix will be put in so that you can swipe and delete the sensor with one quick swipe.
Re: Deleting sensor on Android app
Basically, it jiggles for 7 minutes and then stops. No message of success or failure.
Reason why I am deleting is because ton the status page it says
Status: closed in green
Tamper unknown in green
Battery: unknown in green
Connection: unknown in red
It never connects even when changing out batteries.
Even when taking it off of door, tamper remains: unknown

I have the same issue and have reported to Ooma. Their Engineers are looking at solving this problem. It is a known Bug. Hope they can fix soon!
