Telo voice works security does not.
While out of town, my Telo sent me an SMS message that my security is disconnected and to check my internet. As another pointed out the Home Security app had a huge red banner at the top saying my Telo was offline and to check the internet and power. I unplugged the Telo and plugged it back in. My telo status color is blue (online). I logged out of the app and trying to log in now receiving a "request time out" message. Basically phone service still works fine but security hasn't worked since 7/6/2017.

Do you mind telling me HOW it was fixed??? I'm having the same problem! After it finally connects, all my devices show as DISCONNECTED. And I cannot pair another device. I had the system for 3 days and now this?? I'll give the Manila folks tomorrow to get it working or it's all going back along with a YouTube BLAST.

someone had disabled DECT on your telo, back to enabled now

Could this have been fixed by logging into the Telo locally and re-enabling DECT?
