Tom is this something I can fix myself in setup or is it a server issue?

So I experienced this same issue. I installed 9 sensors and 2 motions sensors last night. This morning, it want offline. Internet was still working because I can see my lie security cams. I got home, re-booted and nothing, still offline.

I took a sensor and reconnected it to the telo (Kept the button on the back of the telo pushed for a second or two until it enters registration mode), then push the sensor button for 5 seconds until it starts blinking... the sensor reconnected.. then my Security went back online!

If rebooting isn't working, try reconnecting a sensor. It worked for me at least.

issue in your case was that the telo was still on an older release

Thomasm

I'm pretty sure I've received an update to the Telo within the past month (it went offline and completely rebooted itself without any error messages logged), but the red "Home Security is offline on your Telo. Check your Internet and power connections." message continues to occasionally show up and the system stops monitoring all sensors. Last night the system called my cell phone to alert me that the front door had been open for over 3 hours and it was switching to night mode. Turns out the door was not open, but the system had gone offline earlier in the evening when it had been. Monitoring stopped while the door was open.

I've waited and the system has not reset itself and is still offline but with no messages or anything but normal operation from the Telo.

What do I need to do to get the home security system to reset itself AUTOMATICALLY when it has a hiccup?
