Having the same problem. Has happened twice in 2 weeks. Not a very good thing to be happening in a security program. If your away there is no way to reboot Telo. I have had a Telo for a few years and never had this problem. Home Security does not work but Telo does. With all the competition out there Ooma needs to re-think this system. You either want to be in the security business or not.

Moved Telo to a router output on October 18th and seemed to be OK for a while but problem returned twice in the past few days.
On Nov 12 at 8:34 pm I got the offline message, blue light on the Telo stayed lit and telephone did not work. I waited about 90 minutes and service did not return so I rebooted at 10:03 pm which brought service back..
Last night problem repeated at 7:26 pm and I rebooted to bring it back at 7:38 pm.
Something that may be of interest for troubleshooting that I had not noticed before was that when the service restored after booting, the logs updated to show all of the door and motion activities that had occurred during the outage.
Moving the Telo connection to the router output did not noticeably affect the excellent voice call quality.

Forgot to mention that after moving the Telo connection, the failures no longer interrupted the internet connection to my WiFi as it had with the Telo ahead of the router.

If you configure remote access to your Telo you can reboot it remotely.
Go to Tools -> System and click the Reboot button.

I pulled the power To reboot it at 1:53pm today, and at 2:04 it went off line again.. This is getting ridiculous

What's the IP to the telo so I can log in?

Did the telo go blue? Please post here (I'm subscribed to the topic), then when I reply do the power cycle. Your telo got upgraded to a newer release which I need to revert.

Connect a computer to the Home jack. If the computer has wireless capability, disable it.

Mine started doing the same thing today. Says "Home Security on your Telo is offline. Please check your internet connection." Telo is blue and making calls. I`ve pulled the power on Telo and let it reboot. I`ve rebooted my modem and router a couple times and nothing seems to work. Really disappointed in Ooma right now. :x
