I moved the Telo to the back side of the router. We will see if the problem happens again. At least it should not kill my internet.

I'm experiencing this now too. This morning my ooma security went offline but the rest of the system was online. I just came home from work and unplugged the base station for 10 min to reboot and the security hasn't come back online yet.

FYI I have my modem router and ooma system all plugged into a 1200va battery backup.

I'm sure glad my life doesn't depend on this system working all the time or I'd be in trouble. Like if I was a rich guy in a high crime rate area...
If this happens again I won't be renewing the service I'll find something else. The price is fine but I need it to be reliable...

Did telephony on the telo still work? Current status shows security on your telo as online.

What is the Telo firmware version # that supposedly fixes this problem (that has now been released)? I'm running version 214329, and still saw the problem yesterday. Home Security did not come back on its own... 24 hours later it was still offline, and only returned because I power cycled the Telo this morning.

Looks to be the same issue as reported by redchev1 earlier in this thread. It's being investigated.

Mine just went off line yesterday at 3am and hasn't been back online. Phone service still works...

This issue IS NOT FIXED! I'm very tired of rebooting the telo just to get Home Security back online. Voice calls are not affected and continue working when Home Security goes offline. This happens every 1-2 days making the service unreliable since I cannot reboot the telo when I am not home. The Home Security app notifies me when this happens with a PUSH notification so I know when it happens (big deal).

This has nothing to do with my internet service or where the telo is connected to it (AT & T U-verse/telo plugged right into one of the ethernet ports on the internet gateway)

PLEASE FIX THIS!!

TWG, thank you for not rebooting. Was able to collect some good info.

thomasm, I see this last happened on 11/1. We're investigating.

Mine went off line again last night at 11pm.

It was right after I changed a bunch of sensor notifications .

Haven't rebooted yet so you can grab the logs
