My OOMA home security app shows it's offline, please help

Post by yyamamoto » Mon Nov 27, 2017 12:15 pm

Hello,
I installed 2 motion sensors and 9 door/window sensors last night. Everything was working great but now this morning, when I opened the app on my iphone the system shows "Home Security on your Taleo is offline. Please check your internet connection"

Internet is fine, I can log into my home cameras and see live video which is working off my home internet.

Can you check to see why this is showing offiline?

Thanks

I had the same thing happen to me a week or so back. Tom the Moderator here will have to fix it on their end for you. Be patient. :)

Thanks for your reply! Once they fix the problem, will it keep happening? I’m worried now that it may go offline when I’m on vacation for a few weeks. :(

It’s working again! After re-pairing one of the sensors everything came back online.

Please don’t do anything to mess it up! Lol. Thanks

My system has started going offline as well. How do you check for software version? It doesn't seem to be very reliable and I may have to go to another system.

Dial

*#*#001

and the software version will be spoken over the speaker and the handset earpiece.
