1 of 3 Sensors reports Disconnected then Reconnected

Recently (last 2 weeks) 1 of the 3 door sensors disconnects, then 1-2 hours later reconnects. Then ~3 hours later disconnects again. This repeats in a similar fashion.

I replaced the batteries even though the app reported the sensor battery was Good.

Bad sensor or something else?

I have 3 Door Sensors, 2 motion sensors and 1 water sensor.
App Version 1.4.3 Telo Base version 253201

How far are these sensors from the base?
Any big metal structures separating the two, like a water heater?

UPDATE:
A second door sensor started reporting the same error. I called Ooma Support and they replaced both sensors.

1 of the replaced sensors has worked as expected but the other still Disconnects then Reconnects. I also tried replacing the provided batteries with new Duracell's. It's mounted on a wood frame of a wood door.

The errant sensor is about 30 feet (and two plaster walls) from the Telo on the same level but inside an attached and fully enclosed, but unheated garage. My HD2 works fine in the garage and generally gets 4 bars.

Were those plaster walls built with metal lath instead of the old time wood lath? Are they really plaster walls or are they plaster board walls? The reason I ask is metal lath would put a severe block on radio signals.

If a sensor disconnects after 45 min of being idle and then reconnects when e.g you open a door, call support to RMA the sensor.
